Learn as you Play
Our league offers young players the opportunity to develop game time experience, improving their skills in shooting, dribbling, passing, offensive intelligence, defensive footwork and overall game knowledge of basketball. Additionally, players will grow their own personality and character to develop confidence, communication skills, team work, personal courage, resiliency, and passion for the game of basketball.

Assigned Team Practice Times on Fridays - 4PM & 5PM (1 hour)

Makeup Practice Times or alternate days requests are available Monday & Wednesday - 4PM & 5PM according to age group.

(1 Practice a week); Additional training are provided through a purchase of Hoop HQ Membership or upgrade package

All practices are at The Hoop HQ - beautiful indoor facility.
