Please join us in welcoming Coach Beni Mokili as the new Team Empower High School Boys Program Director.

 

A 2016 graduate of Rancho Bernardo High School and a former student-athlete at Palomar College, Beni brings collegiate playing experience, on-court leadership, and a high basketball IQ to the role. With years of coaching experience across age groups with various programs and is currently also the Director of Basketball Operations for Broncos's basketball.

 

Through his journey, he las learned from elite mentors; basketball operations, building of team culture, player's mental mindset development and effective understanding of program strategies. Coach Beni has truly accompolished the true experince journey going from apprentice to master.

 

From coaching introductory second graders to the fundamentals to developing high school athletes—he has a proven track record of turning beginners into confident fundamentals players and elevating advanced skills for competitive athletes.

 

Known for energetic, modern instruction, strategic acumen, and a strong ability to connect with players, Beni emphasizes discipline, teamwork, resilience, and academic accountability in every program.

 

His combination of playing experience, coaching success, and commitment to both athletic and academic development will him an outstanding leader for Team Empower’s high school boys' program.
