We are excited to announce our New High School Boys Director Coach Beni Mokili.

A 2016 graduate of Rancho Bernardo High School, former student-athlete at Southwestern and Palomar College, and currently the Head Rancho Bernardo JV Coach. Coach Beni brings collegiate playing experience, proven leadership, and a comprehensive, well-rounded knowledge of the game in all facets. With years of coaching experience across multiple age groups and programs, he has established a great understanding of player development at every stage building confident, fundamentally sound athletes while elevating advanced players to perform at a higher level.

Throughout his journey, Coach Beni has learned under elite mentors in areas such as basketball operations, team culture development, athlete mindset training, and strategic program implementation. His rise as an up and coming coach in San Diego reflects his commitment to mastering both the craft of coaching and the structure behind successful programs.

Known for his energetic and modern teaching style, strategic approach, and ability to connect authentically with players, Coach Beni emphasizes discipline, teamwork, resilience, and academic accountability in every aspect of his program.

His blend of playing experience, coaching success, and commitment to the overall athlete development makes him an outstanding leader to take our Team Empower’s high school boys program to the next level.
