Monday - 4 PM to 5 PM (Ages 5 to 7)

Wednesday - 4 PM to 5 PM (Ages 5 to 7)

Friday - 4 PM to 5 PM (Ages 5 to 7)

​​Sunday - 5 PM to 6 PM (Ages 5 to 7)

**New Class Option: Full Court Fitness

Included as class option; Ages (7 to 9)

Tuesday - 4 PM to 5PM

RSVP REQUIRED

 

INTERMEDIATE (BEGINNER/ADVANCED)

Monday - 5PM to 6 PM (Ages: 8 to 14)

Wednesday- 5PM to 6 PM (Ages: 8 to 12)

Friday - 5PM to 6 PM (Ages: 8 to 12)

Sunday - 5 PM to 6 PM (Ages: 8 to 12)

Thursday - 4 PM to 5PM

Develop fundamental dribbling techinques and strategies

Footwork & Defense

Learn natural reflexes for effective positioning, strengths and advantages

Shooting & Technique

Develop proper ball control, spacing, balance and shooting mechanics

Game concept and philosophy

Gain understanding of game time actions, counter strategies and pace

Free Trial Class Schedule

Tots Level (Ages 4 to 4.5) - Tueday or Thursday @ 2:30 PM or 3:40 PM

Beginners Level (Ages 5 to 7) - Wednesday or Friday @ 4 PM

Intermediate Level (Ages 8 to 14) Wednesday or Friday @ 5 PM
