Team Empower - Winter 2023
Our teams dive deep into getting to the next level of focus and attention to details. Players will practice at the Hoop HQ facility and play in various leagues or tournaments. Players will learn the true meaning of commitment, dedication, training and team play responsibilities.

14 practices guaranteed. This League is for the 3rd Grade Group (Spanky's group)
- Head Coach: Aaron Luong
- League Start & End Time: December 15th 2022 to March 19 2023
- First Practice: December 15th 2022 (6PM to 7PM)
- First Game Day: January 14th 2023 - Time & Location TBD
- Team Practice (6PM to 7PM) on Thursdays (1 Practice a week, make up practice dates avaiable through the Hoop HQ programs) Additional training is provided through a purchase of Hoop HQ Membership. (https://www.thehoophq.com/plans-pricing)

December: 15, 22, 29
January: 5, 12, 19, 26
February: 2, 9, 16, 23
March: 2, 9, 16
- All practices are conducted at Hoop HQ - beautiful indoor facility.
- All games will operate under the Thrive League Schedule, starting - January 14th 2023 - Saturday
- Fee: $450 per player
- Includes: Team Jersey (Top & Bottom)

- Includes: Hoop HQ Open Gym Access on all Sundays (During Season): 2PM to 6PM
