In this age group players will learn all the basic rules of basketball providing the platform for players to further develop. Players will learn defensive techniques, man to man defense, boxing out and rebounding. Team work will be a strong emphasis focusing on ball movement and team communication

Age/Grade Certification System
- **New additions to Winter 2024** - (Preseason Mini Camp, Extra Practice Days, Extra Game days)
- PRE Season Mini Camp - December 9th (Division 1 @ 9AM | Division 2 @ 12PM) - For Registrations on or before Dec 9th, 2023.
- League Start & End Time: December 9th & ends on March 2nd, 2024.
- **Early Bird First Practice: January 5th (for early sign-ups who have attended Pre-season Mini Camp)
- EVALUATION DAY: January 6th 2024. (Division 1 @ 10AM | Division 2 @12PM)
- First Practice for ALL - January 12th, 2024
- First Game Day: January 13, 2024 ( Game Time TBD)
- Game Days: JAN (13, 20, 27) | FEB (3, 10, 17, 24)Â
- Assigned Team Practice Times on Fridays (1 Practice a week, make up practice dates available Monday or Wednesday at 4 PM) Additional training is provided through a purchase of Hoop HQ Membership.
- All practices are conducted at Hoop HQ, a beautiful indoor facility.
- All games are at the Hoop HQ facility - Game Day: Saturday
- Fee: $295 per player
