Girl Program Focus- League Registration includes 1 practice per week ONLY during the start of the season. Girl Power Training Practices will be held prior and after the league. These practice programs are sold separately. Girl Power Training Practices will be on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.

GIRL REGISTRATION - 6 games guaranteed. All teams make playoffs
Age/Grade Certification System
- League Start & End Time: January 8th to February 18th
- Free Preseason Practice/Evaluation: January 8th @ 12PM
- Practice Days : Tuesday or Thursday (4:00PM or 4:30PM) - Flexability of time, days and other Options Available - Please reach out with questions.
- First Game Day: January 14 (Mornings specific Game TIME TBD)
- Assigned Team Practice Times on Tuesday or Thursday (1 Practice a week); Additional training is provided through a purchase of Hoop HQ Membership or Girl Powers Training Package)
- All practices are conducted at Hoop HQ - beautiful indoor facility.
- All games are at the Hoop HQ facility - Game Day: Saturday
- Fee: $275 per player
- Includes: Team Jersey & Team Photo
