Girl Power Training Practices will be held prior and after the league. These practice programs are sold separately. Girl Power Training Practices will be on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.

Players will learn defensive techniques, man to man defense, boxing out and rebounding. Team work will be a strong emphasis focusing on ball movement and team communication
